That's a great article Ananya. Loved the detailing and analysis on every aspect. After reading I had one thought in my mind.

There can be a very big risk of investing in such new initiatives if, post-Covid things get back to normal and the initiative is not much profitable.

Hence, probably thinking that factor should also be in mind in the terms the cost, benefit and risk analysis part so that a new initiative could be chosen that could have chance of a long term profitability too.
